The Contadino, The Cook and The Extra Virgin, and the autumn’s,
The Agronomist, The Alchemist and The Extra Virgin are
taught by Chris
Butler and Silvestro
Silvestori. Both Chris
and Silvestro bring diverse yet complimentary elements
to the programmes, creating a programme from two, formerly-isolated
disciplines: Cooking and wine appreciation, and professional
olive consultation. They have been friends for years.
