Travel Agents:
The Awaiting Table is the perfect place for your adventurous clients looking for a genuinely unique experience off the beaten path. We offer several different kinds of classes every year from our regular 6-person weeks, to our raucous annual Birthday week celebrated at a nearby castle, to special interest classes centered specifically on the local wines and olive oils of the region. We can also offer day classes for tour groups traveling through or we can even work with you directly to create a perfect custom event for your clients, whether it be for a special birthday, an anniversary, a reunion or, well, whatever.
Travel Agency Commissions:
• 10% Commission for parties of (4) or less
• 20% Commission for parties of (6) or more
Travel Agency Requirements:
• Coordinate all travel for the arriving party
• Be the single point of contact and tuition collection for all travel related questions from the group

Event Coordinators:
Whether you are an Event Coordinator or a Tour Guide for a major travel business looking to create a truly memorable and unique event; a Personal Chef, Restaurateur or Food Services Professional looking to build a clientele by leading a culinary tour through Europe; or simply someone who would like to make some extra money by guiding friends, family, colleagues or customers on a special vacation, we would love for you to bring your group to The Awaiting Table. Every year, we have several Personal Chefs or Foodies bring groups to The Awaiting Table. Not only do they make money on the trip itself, they are able to leverage the enthusiasm for the event to get more clients back home.

These are special events designed just for your guests. As such, we require at least (6) guests to create a Special Event. Groups less than (10) in number will be held at The Awaiting Table location in Lecce. We can also accommodate larger groups between (11) and (24) people at a local castle, which is the same location we use for our yearly special Wine and Olive Classes.

Event Coordinator Commissions:
• 20% Commission for all paid guests, plus free room, board and tuition for the Event Coordinator (travel expenses obviously NOT covered)
Event Coordinator Requirements:
• Coordinate all travel for the arriving party
• Be the single point of contact and tuition collection for all travel related questions from the group
• All instructions for the week will be conducted by The Awaiting Table staff
