- Producer’s Dinner. A Massive feast for students, select
producers, staff and your favourite locals from the week. Producers
choose their favourite wines for us, often unreleased vintages
and small-batch wines that can’t be had for any price. ‘Top-shelf
dessert wine tasting’.
Saturday
Morning
- Travel back to Lecce.
End
of Course. Those that want to stay on in the school’s
B and B, may.
Evening
- PR dinner. Optional (and not included in tuition). Local
press is invited to see student’s tasting skills and
wine knowledge. Often, pitted up again local wine authorities.
